Getting your loan started is easy. Below we have a detailed list of what we will need. Once you have gathered your information together, you can send it to us via fax at 248.841.4562 or e-mail at info@myloanclosedtoday.com.

Please be sure to include as much of the documentation listed below to ensure fast and efficient processing of your loan.

The following documentation is required for final approval of your loan. Please return the following documents with your loan application:

• Download Loan Application: 1003
• Download Credit Authorization: CA
• Copies of previous 2 years W-2 forms for all borrowers
• Copies of most recent 2 month bank statements for all accounts
• Copies of most recent 30 days of paystubs for all borrowers
• Copy of your Drivers License or State/Government/Military Isuued ID card.
• Copies of most recent Asset Statements for 401K Plans/IRA Accounts
• Copy of fully executed Purchase Agreement with all pages and addendums.

Please supply the following documnets if applicable:

• Copy of bankruptcy discharge
• Copy of Divorce Decree
• Copy of Social Security Statements/SSI Award Letter
• Copy of previous 2 years tax returns (self-employed)
• YTD Profit and Loss Statement (self-employed)
• Copy/proof of Child Support Income
• Copy of teacher M.I.P retirement statement

IMPORTANT: You will need to obtain one year of advance home insurance for your new home. Proof of the insurance, along with a paid receipt will be required prior to closing. Please forward us the name of your agent and number so we can coordinate mortgage information for the closing.
